Shipping Policy

To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable! Unless otherwise stated, all products DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.

Sarge Knives currently markets to US and Canada. Products that ship from US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees. We will ship international orders when payment is made via a verified PayPal account

We utilize UPS or USPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx or DHL depending on the circumstances. Sorry, the choice of shipping carrier used for any particular order is made from the warehouse. Other shipping methods may be available upon request.

We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.

Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within two business days, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.

Return Policy

Sarge International doing business as Sarge Quality Knives and Lights hereby states that:

1. We cannot accept returns for any reason after 1 year from the date of sale.
2. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless defective, and then only for replacement for an identical item.
3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Provisions of this warranty shall not apply to: Sarge Quality Knives and Lights products, or those products sold by Sarge Quality Knives and Lights which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for, or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident shall not be covered by Sarge Quality Knives and Lights.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Lights

Warrants SARGE flashlights against defects due to workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the original owner, but does not cover: bulbs, batteries, rubber grips, damage due to normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, battery leakage, disassembly of parts, scratches to the finish (considered normal wear), or attempted repair. To obtain repair or replacement of your flashlight, return flashlight and proof of purchase along with owner's name and address, postage paid to:

Knives

Warrants SARGE knives against defects due to workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the original owner, but does not cover: rubber grips, damage due to normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, disassembly of parts, scratches to the finish (considered normal wear), or attempted repair. To obtain repair or replacement of your knife, return knife and proof of purchase along with owner's name and address, postage paid to:
