New Product: 6 LED Key Chain Flashlight

new-product-nu-523-300x211

It might be small, (it’s 2″) but it’s the right size to light up the darkness. Sarge’s new 6 LED Key Chain Black Aluminum Flashlight offers brighter performance, longer battery life and lower maintenance costs because of its LED bulbs.

This key chain flashlight provides 8 hours of continuous run time with the included batteries. (Plus, we include an extra set of batteries … just because we’re nice like that.) The compact lightweight housing is only 2” in length and is the perfect size when you need to keep a flashlight in a small place … like your purse, pocket, glove compartment, desk drawer or clipped to your backpack or laptop bag. (It’s the right gift for someone who is always losing stuff under their desk and car seat and it’s ideal to help you get your front door unlocked on those dark days.)

The flashlight is engravable so it’s a great gift for office employees, organization members and null.

Sarge Knives … tough enough to survive a fire

David, a longtime Sarge Knives customer, received a surprise when digging through the charred rubble of his home – his Sarge knife had survived the flames.

In July 2010, a fire destroyed David’s home and all the contents, or so he thought. While having what remained of his home demolished, he hunted for anything that survived the heat and flames.

“When the back hoe operator would move from place to place I would check the slab and see if there was anything worth saving,” David said. “The operator stopped to take a telephone call and I walked up on the slab and there was one of my Sarge knives, my red NWTF knife.”

He said the box was dirty, but the National Wildlife Turkey Federationfolding knife inside was still in excellent condition. Along with the knife was a 1967 yearbook from the second grade and two photos. That was all he was able to salvage.

“It is truly amazing the knife survived and in such a nice condition,” he said.
